No. When we use a water-fed brush, it runs filtered, purified water that dries clear. When we squeegee, we detail the frames and edges so there are no drips or spots left behind.
Most homes in Salt Lake and Utah County should have their exterior windows cleaned at least twice a year, in spring and fall. If sprinklers hit your windows or you have hard water, a quarterly plan (every 3 months) keeps minerals from building up into spots a normal wash can’t remove. Quarterly is our most popular plan.
A window cleaning service plan is a standing schedule: we clean your windows 2, 4 or 12 times a year, book every visit for you, and text you the day before. Bi-annual (2 visits a year) takes $50 off your first visit and 10% off every visit after. Quarterly (4 visits a year) takes $100 off your first visit and 15% off every visit after. Monthly (12 visits a year) takes $150 off your first visit and 20% off every visit after. For a typical home with 31 to 36 windows ($285 for a one-time exterior clean), plan visits cost $256.50 twice a year, $242.25 quarterly, or $228 monthly. Every plan includes free screen cleaning. Yes. We don’t leave until you’ve seen your windows and given us the thumbs up. On Quarterly and Monthly plans, our 7-Day Rain Guarantee also covers rain: if it rains within 7 days of your wash, we come back and wash the outside of your windows again for free.
