We take your screens off so we can reach every window.
We scrub and squeegee, or use a water‑fed brush with filtered, purified water that dries spot‑free. Whatever suits your glass best.
We wipe down the frames and edges and check every pane, so there are no drips, streaks or water spots left behind.
Screens go back in and we clean up after ourselves, so your home looks better than we found it.
We’re not done until you’re happy and give us the thumbs up.

Most homes in Salt Lake and Utah County should have their exterior windows cleaned at least twice a year, in spring and fall. If sprinklers hit your windows or you have hard water, a quarterly plan (every 3 months) keeps minerals from building up into spots a normal wash can’t remove. Quarterly is our most popular plan.
A window cleaning service plan is a standing schedule: we clean your windows 2, 4 or 12 times a year, book every visit for you, and text you the day before. Bi-annual (2 visits a year) takes $50 off your first visit and 10% off every visit after. Quarterly (4 visits a year) takes $100 off your first visit and 15% off every visit after. Monthly (12 visits a year) takes $150 off your first visit and 20% off every visit after. For a typical home with 31 to 36 windows ($285 for a one-time exterior clean), plan visits cost $256.50 twice a year, $242.25 quarterly, or $228 monthly. Every plan includes free screen cleaning. Quarterly and Monthly also include free touch-ups between visits, free sill and track detailing, hard water spot removal, Good Guys Glass Guard and our 7-Day Rain Guarantee. Monthly members get 50% off gutters, house and roof washing and pressure washing. See the plans.
