On a Quarterly or Monthly plan, you’re covered by our 7-Day Rain Guarantee. If it rains within 7 days of your wash, we come back and wash the outside of your windows again for free.
After we clean, we wipe on a clear coating that makes your glass repel water, like the water-beading coating on a car windshield. Rain and sprinkler water bead up and roll off instead of drying into spots, and dust has a harder time sticking, so your windows stay cleaner between visits. The coating wears off over a few months, so we reapply it at least every 3 months. That’s why it comes with our Quarterly and Monthly plans.

Most homes in Salt Lake and Utah County should have their exterior windows cleaned at least twice a year, in spring and fall. If sprinklers hit your windows or you have hard water, a quarterly plan (every 3 months) keeps minerals from building up into spots a normal wash can’t remove. Quarterly is our most popular plan.
A window cleaning service plan is a standing schedule: we clean your windows 2, 4 or 12 times a year, book every visit for you, and text you the day before. Bi-annual (2 visits a year) takes $50 off your first visit and 10% off every visit after. Quarterly (4 visits a year) takes $100 off your first visit and 15% off every visit after. Monthly (12 visits a year) takes $150 off your first visit and 20% off every visit after. For a typical home with 31 to 36 windows ($285 for a one-time exterior clean), plan visits cost $256.50 twice a year, $242.25 quarterly, or $228 monthly. Every plan includes free screen cleaning. Quarterly and Monthly also include free touch-ups between visits, free sill and track detailing, hard water spot removal, Good Guys Glass Guard and our 7-Day Rain Guarantee.
